We do not sell, trade or otherwise transfer your personal information to third parties, except in the following circumstances:

4.2 Legal Compliance
We may disclose your information if required by law or in response to valid requests by public authorities (for example, a court or government agency).
4.3 Business Transfers
In the event of a merger, acquisition or asset sale, your personal information may be transferred to the acquiring company.

8. Cookies and Tracking Technologies
8.1 What Are Cookies?
Cookies are small text files that are placed on your computer or mobile device when you visit a website. They help websites to recognise your device, store your preferences and improve your overall experience.
8.2 How We Use Cookies
We use two categories of cookies and similar technologies:
- Necessary: We store your cookie choice in your browser’s local storage so we don’t ask you again on every visit. This is always active, as the Website needs it to respect your choice.
- Analytics (optional): If you accept, we load Google Tag Manager, which runs Google Analytics. Google Analytics sets the cookies
_ga, used to distinguish visitors, and_ga_followed by an identifier, used to keep track of your visit. By default these last for up to two years. These cookies are only set if you accept analytics cookies.
We do not use advertising or marketing cookies.
8.3 Your Choices
When you first visit the Website, we ask whether you accept or decline analytics cookies. Analytics stays off unless you choose Accept, and we don’t treat continuing to browse as consent.
You can change your choice at any time using the “Cookie settings” link at the bottom of every page. If you withdraw your consent, we stop loading Google Tag Manager and Google Analytics and delete the Google Analytics cookies set on our domain.
8.4 Managing Cookies in Your Browser
You can also control and manage cookies through your browser settings. Most browsers allow you to refuse cookies or delete them.
9. Links to Other Websites
Our Website may contain links to third-party websites that are not operated by us, such as our Facebook and LinkedIn pages. We have no control over, and assume no responsibility for, the content, privacy policies or practices of any third-party websites. We encourage you to review the privacy policy of every website you visit.
10. Changes to This Privacy Policy
